If you have been feeling the pressure of a large event coming soon, this under 30 min Gentle Restorative Yoga practice can help to ground, settle, heal and restore you both physically and mentally to balance. Soften, soothe, and practice a little self care to help you enjoy more, stay healthy, and feel revived! Join Miss Lucy and I for some sweetness and love.
Props: 2 blankets OR beach towels (blanket: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh) and 1 block or large book (block: http://amzn.to/2sIEm6L) bolster or pillows (bolster: http://amzn.to/2sO56md ), and 2+ throw pillows from your sofa (you can add an eye pillow or cover too for deeper relaxation).
