I honor the innate intelligence of my mind and body.
In this New Moon practice we are exploring and connecting to the innate intelligence of the mind and body through Restorative Yoga, breath, and a mindful body scan.
There are two kinds of intuition - the one we often think about such as that related to our third eye and another...the intelligence of the body to heal itself and maintain balance. Our first intuition is that storage of our experience, knowledge, sensory processing, genetics and more and it guides us in moving through life with a "library" to rely on for decision making. The second is this beautiful aspect of the body's design that works to heal, restore and keep us healthy. Join me as we explore this through breath and deep awareness - supporting our intuition of mind and body.
Props: bolster or bed pillows (bolster: http://amzn.to/2yJVoaj), 1-3 blankets or towels (blanket: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh), throw pillows for support, and an eye mask/pillow (optional)
Meditation begins at around 48:00 (includes Savasana set up)
