Join us today for a New Moon Restorative yoga practice focused on softness, settling into the abundance of love of the ground, the earth, the props as support and the infinite resource of our breath.
Soften, settle, breathe, BE. You are ABUNDANCE.
Props: 1 bolster or 1-2 bed pillows or a few throw pillows, 1-2 blankets or beach towels, 1-2 blocks or use throw pillows) and anything else you may want to support you in your practice.
