The lunar eclipse is a time of accelerated change, dramatic shifts in energy. For some this may be shocking and uncomfortable and for others - wonderful to see slow moving plans accelerated to fruition! Whatever it is for you, this is a great time to honor your mind and body with a grounding practice - helping us move through changes with stability and ease; and a great time to open up and be present for the beauty of what is coming into our lives.
In this practice we use poses and breath as reminders to let go to make room for new things and to be open.
