What is we saw each experience, each heartbreak, each misguided choice or decision, not as "breaks" but as creating a more precious, skillful, valuable, and beautiful us? The Japanese art form of Kintsugi sees a break as a space to repair with gold, silver, platinum, making the "broken" object more valuable. What a beautiful way to see ourselves!
In this Yin Yoga class we explore this through our bodies and the way our bodies are unique, special, and how our experiences throughout our lives has "made" us this way. Honoring our uniqueness and embracing the beauty in that can help us do the same for our mental and emotional experiences and "breaks" too.
