Meditation Tip of the Week: Let go of expectations.
If you think your mind "should" be clear and empty when you meditate (that monkey mind never is), you are more likely to get frustrated when it is not. If you think you should be able to sit for 30 minutes without the wiggles, then you will get very frustrated when you cannot.
Be light, be playful. Sit down for meditation and have an open mind. What happens, happens. Just remember - you are practicing meditation. PRACTICING. Be open to whatever that may mean today!
