Healing & Balancing Your Chakras (52 class pack)

59m
Today we are focusing on the lower body chakras in this 60 minute Yin Yoga practice melding chakra theory, mantras, and Traditional Chinese Medicine to bring balance. The first 3 chakras are deeply tied together as they are more internal and personal. These chakras relate to your inner consciousness, inner self and are more self focused. We move our way from the root chakra up through the solar plexus chakra helping reset, balance and move energy freely up the spine. Don't worry if you are not familiar with the chakras - I offer details and guidance along the way! Join me!
