What holds you? What are the things in your life, right now, that hold you and support you? In today's practice we connect to the earth energy - grounding into our bodies, noticing what it feels like to be held by the earth and to invite that earth energy into our bodies to support us in whatever way we need.
This practice is a full body ground bound yoga practice focused on helping you feel held and supported. We move slowly, mindfully and with awareness.
Props: anything you want or need to help you feel supported in your practice - blocks, a blanket or towel.
