One of the most often requested practices and a question I get a lot is - how do I build better balance?
Balance is a confluence of SO many aspects of your body from breath to feet planted to knees lifted to inner/outer legs engaged to core and more. The best way to build balance? Practice balancing! In this focused practice we work on building our balance through multiple balancing poses along with connection to our bodies and breath. We layer them on top of each other to strengthen overall! Enjoy!
