Twists, intentional core awareness, and heart openers to access these spaces of our sense of I AM and passion, invite the fire in to help jump start our year and move us toward actively reaching for our dreams.
Props: 2 blocks or throw pillows and one blanket in case you want to use it for comfort and support.
