Adrenal Fatigue Yin Yoga Snack | Hormone Balancing
Just BREATHE | 10 Day Immersion to Slow Down

Our present lifestyle has us running all of the time with demands, stress, worry and more. This can mean that our bodies, trained to react when under pressure, ramp up as if we are being attacked - our adrenals release lots and lots of adrenaline and are always online. At some point, our bodies exhaust from the constant pressure. Healing, softness, release, relaxation, restoration, stillness, breath - these are what we need to settle deeply into the part of our nervous system that helps us rest, digest, and heal fully.
Help your body find softness with breath, mindful movement, stillness, and presence in this short adrenal fatigue hormone balancing practice where we focus on the bladder, liver, and kidney meridians (those closely related to hormone balancing in the body) as well as compressing and opening the space around the adrenals themselves.
Props: optional blanket (pick up one here: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh) or prop for knee or hips
