Join me for a 70 Min Yin Yoga full body chakra and meridian balancing practice where we will work through each of the chakras or energy centers of the body to restore balance. Aligning the chakras and each meridian associated with it, we will focus on clearing blockages to allow the free flow of energy throughout your entire body. Don't worry if you have never worked with the chakras before, I offer an overview and introduce you to each chakra as we work with it. Enjoy!

What are chakras and what are the benefits of working with them? In this practice I give you a description of how the chakras and meridians can work together to bring balance to the entire body. We take some long holds and focus on the feeling of energy as we head from the root chakra up to the crown chakra. Join me on a chakra journey!
