Join me for a 35 min Gentle Restorative Yoga practice for sleeplessness. Everyone has nights where they just cannot get to sleep or stay asleep and while there can be many reasons - stress, mind running, indigestion - this practice is meant help to settle the mind and body, release tension and help relieve indigestion. We use props to fully support the body and deeply relax to get the rest you need!
