Our legs and feet take a beating each day - pounding the ground, distributing this contact and keeping us moving. It only makes sense to give them some love with a full lower body stretch.
Today we use props to soften, heal, release and show our lower bodies some care - foot massages, outer and inner leg stretches and so much more to help everything feel FABULOUS! At the end we do a nice long feet up the wall - join me!
