Bhramari breath - or humming bee breath - is one of the most fun pranayama practices and one that can help clear the throat chakra and release tightness in the chest. I have often used this breath with children and they always love it so if you want to share this with someone - please do!
Connect to your inner child, visualize a bee buzzing, and then hum your breath out! It's that simple - but what isn't simple is the amazing benefits you will notice and the deep and beautiful resonance within your chest and upper body (and maybe down into your navel area). Experiment with different tones and see where you feel this.
