Opening up the chest, upper back, and side body can do wonders for our breath and our breath is pivotal in managing stress, releasing tension, energizing us, and allowing us to see our world with more focus and presence.
Our practice today is focused on these specific areas - allowing our bodies to sink into the props, let go, and allow the pose to do all the work. Feel the breath as it deepens and extends during and after this practice. Enjoy!
Props: 1-2 blankets OR beach towels (blanket: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh) and 1 block or large book (block: http://amzn.to/2sIEm6L) bolster or pillow (bolster: http://amzn.to/2sO56md)
