Yin Yoga for Introspection | Kidneys | Water Element
Elemental Yoga - Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water
•
1h 5m
The Winter Solstice is a time for turning inward, softening, exploring the Yin side while releasing and allowing yourself to listen to your inner voice. Join me for this 65 minute Yin Yoga practice where we settle, breathe, soften, and release - allowing ourselves to simply BE.
We will be working with the water element meridians (linked to winter) - the kidney and urinary bladder meridians - to help bring balance and clear the energy in these meridians in preparation for the new year.
Allow yourself to deeply soften and release - share your practice with me! May you enjoy this longest night of the year.
Props: 1-2 blankets OR beach towels (or pick up one here: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh).
