I admit, I didn't always know what my Spleen exactly did other than was involved in immunity. But now - I have a whole new respect for this little organ system that does so much from digestion to filtration to controlling blood and fluids in the body to immune function to holding white blood cells and MORE!
Today we are helping bring more balance to this precious organ system to strengthen our digestion, ground to the Earth element, build immune health, and detox the body.
