Our endocrine system is comprised of many glands located throughout the body secreting hormones that affect our weight, heart rate, cholesterol levels, reproductive cycle, sleep cycle and so much more. Keeping this system stimulated and in balance can make our bodies much healthier and our lives a bit easier.
In this practice we use conscious breathing to engage the parasympathetic nervous system - helping heal, restore and balance the body while working with meridians and areas of the body to help boost endocrine health. Enjoy!
