Yin Yoga for Anger & Frustration
49m
Everyone believes anger is a bad thing but in reality, it's a natural part of our human psyche. Instead of pushing it down, pretending it isn't there, ignoring it - anger is often a great way to explore, experience, and make positive change.
Today we explore anger through the Liver meridian (the meridian related to anger when out of balance). We use time, poses, our breath to sense anger, explore it's basis/causes, release and transform anger into positive change or action in our lives all while defusing it's harmful effect on our bodies and minds. Join Lucy and I (she has lots of new ways to defuse anger in this practice)!
