Welcome to pranayama practice! While most of the time you will see pranayama practiced with yoga poses or in a yoga practice, it is a unique experience on it's own. If you have been wanting to build a deeper understanding of breath regulation, to add this to your practice and see what it can do for you - this is a great place to begin.
