This week's meditation is a melding of all of the styles of meditation we have explored in this course. While each style can be used as a standalone meditation and often is, melding them together into a more complex meditation can be a wonderful experience as well.

Meditation Tip of the Week
Check in. Take some time every few weeks or every week to see how meditation is changing your world. At first you may notice tiny little changes - maybe less anxiety, maybe slower to get angry. As time goes by and you meditate more - you will begin to see how meditation affects every aspect of your life. You become more focused, less reactive, less anxious, more at ease, more present in the moment.
