Breath Awareness Meditation Week 2
This week we are exploring the breath a little deeper, adding onto our practice. Practice this meditation every day for one week and see how your breath and your awareness of your breath changes not only during the meditation but throughout your day.
Meditation Tip of the Week
I know that you want the freedom to work with your day in a flow like manner but if you don't put something on your schedule, you are most likely going to put it last and that means missing it altogether sometimes.
Writing meditation in at the beginning of your day is a reminder of how important it is in your life and setting the tone for the day overall. Maybe you don't set an exact time but put it first in your day and see how your mind prioritizes it because of that! When you find the time that works for you best, write it in your schedule and be consistent. A consistent meditation time is one of the most crucial things to build a sustainable practice.
As we continue our exploration of breath awareness we look at how we can use this 3 part breath to guide our meditation experience and bring us back to center. The breath goes everywhere with us which makes it perfect for meditation on the go!
