Purify - it seems as if this goes hand in hand with Spring Cleaning and indeed it does! Not only, during the Spring time, do we feel the need to clean our houses and spaces, but we also need to clean our internal "house" - physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Today we are working with moving stuck emotions from those corners where they linger - the deep connective tissues of the body (mainly the space of the hips). Long holds, breath, lots of quiet time to process and clear out as we open up to Spring and what is to come into our lives.
This is an intermediate or experienced practitioner practice with some very long holds and lots of quiet. You can use props or not and I ask that you listen carefully to what your body says and make adjustments as needed - coming out if you need to or choosing a modification for your body today.
Props: 1-2 blankets (purely optional for support)
