Grief has many forms and will vary for every single person, every single time. If you have been dealing with loss and feel the heaviness of that grief in/on your chest, join me for a breath practice to help move grief up and out of your body so you can breathe deeply and have some space to process.
We use 4 breath practices including 3 part diaphragmatic breath, Bhastrika, Bhramari, and Ujjayi. All of these are meant to break up the tension and tightness that sits in our lungs, chest, and throat and clear some space.
