What does it mean to Winter? Many of us have lost touch with the natural seasonal cycles due to electronics, lights, and our fast paced world but we need to circle back to wintering. Wintering is that time when we slow down, reflect, rest, restore, heal, and practice deep creativity so that when Spring comes, we are ready! Today we work with the Kidney/Bladder meridians and the element of water which is related to winter time.
Props: 1 bolster (bolster: http://amzn.to/2yJVoaj) or 2 bed pillows, 1-3 blankets (blanket: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh) or beach towels, optional eye pillow and extra throw pillows to support you in your practice
