Water is a wild wave and a calm pond, the white caps of the ocean and the trickle of a stream. Water is powerful beyond measure - cutting a pathway to the ocean at its whim yet still able to be contained and shaped by a container or freezing. Explore the element of water in this kidney/bladder focused practice that helps us begin to shift into the element of wood - liver/gallbladder - with breath and pose shapes that remind us of water.
