The element of wood is also related to the Liver/Gallbladder meridians helping us clear out the old, prepare for the new and detoxify the body. Join me for a 75 minute detoxifying yin yoga practice to prepare your body for Spring!

Each element works with the others in an interdependent network. Elements have related seasons, times of day, meridian systems, colors that represent them.
