Being A Good Ancestor | New Moon Yin Yoga

Being a good ancestor means working with our own experiences, lives, emotions and also helping heal the wounds of our ancestors - those that came before us. In this practice we will be focusing on the area of the hips - from navel to mid thigh - to help release, make space, process, and allow.

Props: 1 bolster (or 2 bed pillows) and 1 blanket or towel but feel free to gather any and all props that will support you in your practice.

Affirmation: I invite healing into my life - for myself, my ancestors, and the earth.
