Chakras are energy centers of the body starting at the bottom of your feet (or pelvis depending on what you believe) and moving up the length of the spine to the crown of your head. These wheels move energy pooled at the base of your spine up the body to support your physical, emotional and mental health.
In this practice we will be using a pose for each chakra, including mantras, a brief overview of the chakra and what it relates to and helping clear the energy pathways to allow energy to flow freely.
