Sometimes our knees can be tender, sore or we can be recovering from knee surgery or preparing for it. In this class, we use knee friendly poses without putting pressure or compression on the knees or bending past 90 degrees.
If you are pre/post surgery, please work with your PT and physician to find what poses are best for you and your specific situation. Always use caution when working with tender or sore areas and be super mindful when settling into the poses. Use as many props as you can or want and keep lots around you in case you feel you need more. Come out of the pose or use more props if you feel any pain.
Props: any you might need but definitely at least one blanket or towel
