Our crown chakra is associated with our divine connection - that connection to the universe. In this practice we focus on the San Jiao and Pericardium Traditional Chinese Medicine meridians associated with this chakra and use mantra to help guide our experience. We explore allowing the universe to nourish us while we in turn nourish the universe and we note the connection to all living beings. Enjoy!
