Hope is sometimes challenging - it requires us to slow down, take a moment, and remember that hope isn't about what's going on around us or happening to us but it's the flame INSIDE of us.
Hope, even though it exists in each of us, must be nourished and the flame protected and cared for. How do we do this? With breath, with being present, with slowing down and remembering our innate beauty and light.
In this practice we turn inwards with forward folds - connecting to the inner self and then move outwards to share and radiate our light of hope with heart openers and backbends. Join me - remember and nourish your flame of hope.
