Everyone has times in their life when digestion gets super slow and even stalls completely - leaving you feeling uncomfortable and even painful. Our bodies naturally cycle through times such as Winter or certain lunar cycles that this happens but holidays, illness, medications, stress can all exacerbate it even more.
In this practice we begin with opening, softening, and relaxing the area then move into deep twists, gentle compression, and downward energy flow to help stimulate digestion and detoxify the body naturally. Includes some tips on keeping digestion going!
